the hospitality of the staff was excellent, room was clean, it was very silent during night, beds were long enough, location close to metro stop and park where you can have a breakfast.
the room temperature was high and air conditioning did not work. Hence we slept with windows open.

We asked room from upper floor with balkony, we got room from 1st floor without balkony, but the room was very nice and silent so we were satisfied. Breakfast and location was very good.
The receptionists were incredible arrogant.

Very good location, close to the Opera, Sacre Coeur. The Metro station is very close. A good place to stay if you want to visit Paris. Free wi-fi internet conection. HD TV with HD chanels.
